No. Our Nurse Practitioner provides your lab requisition directly during your virtual visit.

Are the labs covered by OHIP?

Lab tests ordered by your NP are typically covered by OHIP when completed at a community lab (e.g., LifeLabs or Dynacare) with your valid Ontario health card. If a test isn’t covered, your NP will explain it before you proceed.

Where do I go to complete the blood work?

You can visit any community lab such as LifeLabs or Dynacare. Your requisition works at all standard labs.

How long does it take to get results?

Most results return within 2–5 business days. As soon as they’re ready, you’ll meet again with your NP to review them clearly.

Can this panel help diagnose symptoms I’m experiencing?

Yes. Your NP will choose the most relevant tests and explain what the results mean for your symptoms and health goals.
