Nermin Ibrahim is an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner and Certified Diabetes Educator with 15+ years of experience helping people take control of their health—especially around weight struggles, emotional eating, insulin resistance, and diabetes. She completed her nursing degree at McMaster University and earned both her Master’s degree and Nurse Practitioner designation from the University of Toronto.

Nermin has supported thousands of clients living with obesity and type 2 diabetes and believes lasting change comes from small, sustainable steps—not quick fixes.
