1. Medical Services

LifeCure Medical is an Ontario virtual healthcare service providing assessment and management of metabolic and chronic health conditions.

All care is provided by a licensed Ontario Nurse Practitioner in accordance with applicable provincial standards and regulations.

Use of this website does not establish a provider-patient relationship until a clinical assessment has been completed and accepted by a licensed practitioner.

2. No Emergency Services

LifeCure Medical does not provide emergency medical services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or seek immediate in-person care.

3. Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals:

• 18 years of age or older 

• Located in Ontario, Canada 

By using this website, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Clinical Assessment & Prescribing

All patients are required to complete a medical assessment prior to receiving care.

Clinical decisions, including prescribing, are made by a licensed healthcare professional based on:

• Medical history 

• Reported information 

• Clinical judgment 

Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate and in accordance with applicable standards of care.

LifeCure Medical does not guarantee treatment, prescriptions, or specific health outcomes.

5. No Dispensing of Medications

LifeCure Medical does not dispense, sell, or ship medications.

Patients are responsible for obtaining prescribed medications through a licensed pharmacy of their choice. LifeCure Medical does not partner with, direct, or receive compensation from any pharmacy.

6. Virtual Care Limitations

Virtual healthcare has inherent limitations.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Certain conditions may require in-person assessment 

• Information provided may be incomplete or limited 

• Technical issues may impact care delivery 

LifeCure reserves the right to recommend in-person care where appropriate.

7. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information 

• Use services only for lawful purposes 

• Follow medical advice provided 

Failure to provide accurate information may impact your care.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

LifeCure Medical is committed to protecting your personal health information.

All information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with:

• Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), Ontario 

We use secure electronic medical record systems to safeguard your data.

9. Use of Website

This website is intended for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.
