Is it covered by OHIP?
Visits are not covered by OHIP. Lab tests ordered as part of your care are OHIP-covered when completed at an Ontario lab with a valid health card. Treatments may be covered by your extended health plans. We help complete insurance forms if needed.
Do I have to join a full weight-loss program?

How quickly will I hear back after I submit the form?
In most cases, a Nurse Practitioner reviews your questionnaire and responds within 24 hours with next steps.
